Design Sketch #2
This is from last week. I ended up staying with the same curve idea, but I followed it through most of the site. I took it to a more extreme level and tried to create spaces with the curves and I added a flat surface to give an idea of where I would start laying out a floor for a lounge or restaurant.

It seems like you started to give some sense of space. But think about the characteristics of your enclosure & support structures which will def. alter the massing. Also think about how the waves interact with each other. Is there a pattern? what motivates the randomness of the forms?
ReplyDeleteThis is a good start. I really think a physical model would help you understand and see the spaces. The spaces need to be distinguished in the overall model- is there a difference between the spaces? Do the spaces interact with eachother? What is the hierarchy of the spaces?
